Response time
in Twenty (20) days from the date of submission of a duly constituted folder.

Rate of tax
within fifteen (15) dinars per year.

Validity of authorization
The authorization of the highway occupation to exercise certain professions issued in the form of by-law is valid for one year. Authorization for temporary occupation of public road for confections, restaurant, stall keepers and anyone doing business within the framework of mobile and movable plant

The rate is set by city council decision to 0.150 D per m2 per day. Installation authorization of commercial billboards and signs, awnings, storefronts, fixed signs, projecting, encrusted or hung on a public road and on the facades of premises for the trade to industry and other trades
