تينجة أو Tindja (تينجة) هي مدينة في شمال تونس تقع في بحيرة إشكل. اسمها مشتق من أن المدينة القديمة Thimida.
تعلق إداريا لمحافظة بنزرت، هو مقر وفد وبلدية 17 454 نسمة (2006) في حين أن المدينة نفسها هي موطن ل11219 نسمة.
كما منزل بورقيبة التي هي بعيدة أربعة كيلومترات فقط، ويقع تينجة في البرزخ الفاصل بين بحيرة إشكل وبحيرة بنزرت مرتبطة إلى البحر الأبيض المتوسط. اسمها يأتي من نهر تينجة، الذي يصب في البحيرة بينما عبرت 5 كم القناة مسمى قفل تنظيم تبادل المياه بين بحيرة للمياه العذبة والمياه المالحة البحيرة. في الواقع، في فصل الشتاء السد مفتوح يسمح التبادلات بين وسائل الاعلام اثنين، وخاصة للحفاظ على درجة كافية من ملوحة البحيرة لمنع ضمور الحيوانات والنباتات. يتم استغلال مصائد الأسماك في القناة.
